  • "I joined a beautiful group of women hosted by Zoë during the winter hibernation of the new year, and honestly (TO BE as dramatic as possible), it was life-changing!!!!! She has such a natural way of teaching grounding techniques and holding space for the fluidity of the emotions we brought each week - it was incredible. Zoë created an incredibly supportive and grounding environment, even through Zoom, that felt so safe, open, and relaxing. It made it easy for all of us to connect deeply with ourselves and with each other. I've practiced meditation and visualisation before, but Sophrology was completely new to me. With Zoe's v soothing guidance, we explored physical tension release exercises, gentle breathwork, nervous system regulation, and personal introspective visualisations & then discussed how we felt and what they brought up for us afterwards. This experience didn't just help me reconnect with myself at the time-it also gave me the confidence to step into other empowering group settings since. I truly credit Zoe's weekly sessions (and ofe the lovely humans in them) for helping me feel more comfortable leaning into vulnerability and embracing sweet, supportive spaces like this. As someone who's neuroqueer, I felt zero judgment - just total acceptance - and it was such a special experience I'll always be grateful for. A perfect introduction to Sophrology and group work. Zoë, thank you for the magic you bring and the safe, nurturing spaces you create. You're a star, and anyone lucky enough to work with you will feel the same."
