A sensitive, guided map back to feeling embodied when it’s safe to do so, not just for the sake of it.

This course is designed for people who have learned to disconnect from their physical or emotional experience as a way to cope, or who sometimes feel overwhelmed by it.

Rather than pushing you to “be embodied” at all costs, it focuses on helping you reconnect in ways that feel safe, steady, and within your control.

You’ll explore how to notice when you’re dissociating, when you’re overexposed, and how to create a healthier balance between the different parts of yourself- including the version of you that performs, protects, or adapts.

Using practical somatic coaching tools, the course helps you understand where you feel out of alignment and how to gently restore choice, agency, and self-trust.
